Yes. Turn2 Threads operates under Eastern NC Travel Baseball, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Merchandise purchases are retail transactions that help support youth baseball programs.
How long does shipping take?

All items are made to order to reduce waste. Production takes 2-7 business days, and total delivery is 5-10 business days after you order. Once your order ships, you receive tracking information via email.
How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $5.99 within the United States, and it is free on orders over $75.
Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently ship within the United States only, and checkout accepts US shipping addresses at this time.
What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Custom-made items cannot be returned for buyer's remorse, but we do accept size exchanges and replace defective items free of charge.
How do I exchange an item for a different size?

Email [email protected] with your order number and the size you need within 14 days of delivery. You ship the original item back (customer pays return shipping), and once we receive it we ship your new size at no additional cost.
